From WIN to EFA
Project WIN (Wealth Insured Navigation) laid the groundwork for accessible financial literacy at HCC. Its momentum, team culture, and student impact became the launchpad for the Economic & Finance Association.
The spark
WIN started as a student-driven initiative to demystify personal finance for peers.

The Economic & Finance Association (EFA) is more than a student organization, it’s a movement of forward-thinking leaders driven by purpose, discipline, and innovation. At EFA, ambition meets execution. Our members are future economists, investors, policymakers, and entrepreneurs who don’t just react to change, they create it.
We equip our members with analytical tools, strategic mindset, and professional confidence to navigate and shape today’s dynamic financial landscape. Through research, collaboration, and hands-on experience, EFA transforms bold ideas into measurable results. Preparing students to lead in boardrooms, markets, and policy arenas alike.
